Introducing the Rosemary and Pomegranate Bloody Mary, a delightful cocktail that combines the classic flavours of a Bloody Mary with the sweet and tangy notes of pomegranate and the aromatic touch of fresh rosemary.


  • 200ml tomato juice
  • 1 tsp Cox's Bloody Mary Spicer
  • 50ml pomegranate juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh pomegranate seeds
  • 2 stalks fresh rosemary
  • ⅛ tsp pepper


  1. Mix the Base: In a shaker or large glass, combine 200ml tomato juice with 1 tsp Cox's Bloody Mary Spicer. Stir well to ensure the spicer is fully incorporated.
  2. Add Pomegranate Juice: Pour 50ml of pomegranate juice in and stir to blend the flavours.
  3. Season: Add ⅛ tsp pepper to the mixture, stirring to mix evenly.
